Due to the instant and replicable nature of downloadable items, can not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Exceptions to this policy:
- If the administrator side of things shows that zero downloads have been made, Moms & Crafters may choose to allow a refund, depending on circumstances.
- If you accidentally purchased a similar product (such as the full color version of the same craft instead of the coloring page version) Moms & Crafters will respect written requests for exchange. The new file will be delivered using a coupon code or similar method.
- If you accidentally purchased a product and a bundled listing that contains same product within 30 days of each other, Moms & Crafters will honor written requests for refund of the individual product.
