All products on this website are digital downloads. That means that it’s a file (a PDF, SVG, or similar) that you can instantly download as soon as your payment goes through.

The download is delivered instantly to your inbox. You also get the option to download it right away.

Check your spam folder. Some email providers flag downloads or personalized links as spam.

Make sure you don’t have tracking links blocked. Usually when this happens, it actually downloaded in the background. Check your downloads folder to find your file.

Many files need to be sent as a “zip” folder to ensure they are downloadable. If you are having trouble opening a zip folder, this article may help. If it is an SVG, you’ll need to open it using Design Space, or your cutting machine software (or design software).

If you open an SVG on a Windows device, it opens it by default in Windows Edge Browser. This will not show all layers of the SVG. If you open it on Design Space or your cutting machine software, all layers should be there.

To prevent files from being shared illegally, I do limit the amount of times it can be downloaded. If this happens, it’s most likely that it downloaded in the background and can be found in your downloads folder.
